1 Use of the Application

Tech22 POS is a business management and billing software designed for retail shops, restaurants, and service providers.

You agree to use the app only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in India.

2 User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Ensuring accuracy of data entered (products, billing, finance, etc.)
• Using the application in compliance with tax and GST regulations

3 Data Storage & Responsibility

• All data (products, invoices, customers, finance records) is stored locally on your device unless you implement backup.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
• We are not liable for any data loss due to:
  • App uninstallation
  • Device damage
  • Software updates
  • User actions

4 Payments & Subscriptions (if applicable)

• Some features may require payment or subscription.
• All payments are processed via Google Play and are subject to their policies.
• No refunds will be provided except as required by Google Play policies.

5 Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for:
  • Business losses
  • Loss of profits
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages

6 Updates & Changes

We may update or modify the application at any time.

We reserve the right to:

• Add or remove features
• Change functionality
• Fix bugs or improve performance

7 Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these terms
• You misuse the application

8 Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9 Intellectual Property

All rights related to Tech22 POS, including design, code, and branding, belong to Cosmotech Web Design and Software Solutions.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission.
